I guess my point is made?
Huh?!?!?!?
Right?!?!?!?
NO one wants a piece of intelligent dialog.
I am writing everyday so I can see if there is any hope of anyone participating in some sort of discourse.
Would I prefer to be writing everyday on the issues? YES!
Am I going to waste my friggin' time if no one is reading?
I have been updating this blog for two and a half years. There was a period in time where this was updated three to four times a week and I put A LOT of time into it. I did research all day long reading listening and watching to news that most people don't. Then I would come home from work and do more research looking up websites, links to quotes and broadcasts, and setting it up right, neat, and proper.
Then, after all that was done, I would take the time to write an actuall essay revolving around the news I had gathered. It wasn't just an article or essay of someone conveying or should I say regurgitating the facts they had consumed. I actually wrote creatively and widened the picture drew from all I knew both in a cultural way but also from the politics and history I had taken in my whole damn life. I would tie that together with my colourful commentary as if I was writing a novel or poem or short story and I produced a significant earful of knowledge and creativity.
I know I am coming off as cocky and proud and borderline obnoxious right now, but I KNOW what I did. I did not expect everyone to agree I knew most people would not. I hoped that people would read it and at least open up the dialogue by commenting.
WAIT!
I get it, it has to do with the title, right! RIGHT?!?!?
Well, to all of you who did not get it, and to all of you who missed the damned explanation of it, here it goes once more:
The title to this blog was a clever play on words it was tongue in cheek. It is based on a lyric by Method Man of the Wu-Tang Clan. It is off of their album entitled 'Forever'. The line is on one of the later songs on the double CD compilation of politics, sex, and society. The line has Method Man reciting the line, Where's the hope when your young broke and black, it's over there in the ashtray, who's gotta match?.
Does that make ANY sense to all of you who have taken such offense to it?
Does it still piss you all off that 'Republican' is mentioned in the title?
I am a registered Republican but I am a fierce independent that votes Libertarian but had to register Republican because they were at the supermarket that night just before the 2004 election and their ideology meets mine much closer than the Democrats do.
I believe in the ownership of guns and believe that we should all have one. I do not believe in auto weapons beyond the military but I understand that it is a slippery slope of eliminating one type of gun in order to 'protect' and in doing so we allow for the elimination of even sling shots and spit ball straws.
I believe in gay union but NOT gay marriage.
I do not support abortion. Choices can be made much earlier than the first trimester like when the actual act of sex is taken place. Sex is not a given right it is a privilege and an institute of responsibility. Don't get me wrong I LOVE sex, all sorts of sex, but I take it far more seriously than the ones who want the abortion pills and the next day remedies that relinquish responsibility for their actions as an act of instant gratification.
I believe whole heartedly in the legalization of ALL drugs and to be provided as a state funded mandate. It would deal with many problems over population , needless crime, quality and quantity issues that lead to the aforementioned issues associated with drug use, the over crowding of prisons, the AIDS epidemic for IV users, the medicinal Marijuana debate, the stigmata of something that is really a choice of mankind. I find it funny that most people who claim to be 'pro-choice' are against the legalization of drugs. Doesn't that seem to be a conundrum on the most basic of levels a contradiction if you will. I am not even remotely into drugs these days but I view it as a basic issue of Liberty if you want to get fucked up then so be it, the government should at least be making some sweet change off providing it and regulating it. Alcohol and tobacco are right there, legal, and do far worse damage than most drugs sans speed and junk, but even those should be the right of imbiber. We would do away with far too many covert users who fuck up everyday life just by easing up the stigmata crown and regulating the quality, driving under the influence, and the public intoxication laws all while saving the money spent on incarcerating guys that just want to escape. Holland, France, etc ...I mean come on, WAKE UP!
I do not believe in affirmative action or race seeding. It is a sham and degrades the quality of anything to be gained by anyone, on any level, that participates in such a system.
I believe in big military but minimalistic federal funding for social programmes such as welfare, social security, and universal health care. The New Deal was a bad deal! We need to take personal responsibility for ourselves and in doing so we increase the family connection and the self responsibility aspects that have been raped from our society that we desperately need now more than ever.
I do NOT agree with pharmaceutical companies advertising on television. If tobacco can not, than neither can Viagra or any other drug du jour. Why we accept big pharma to brain wash our mild mannered citizens into taking anti-psychotic and multi personality medications in order to cure our 'case of the Mondays' is beyond me. It is disgusting and appalling at best.
I am a pursuer of 10th amendment rights and in being a supporter of this amendment I guarantee the sanctity of all other amendments that is what big number ten does! Don't get me confused with some sort of hippie or anarchist that would love to succeed from the Union, this I am not. But, BUT, it is State's rights that protect us all from what we want no part of. If 99 people in a State of 100 want to do things one way than that one person has 49 other choices and should seek them out. We ALL must play under the Constitution but under that umbrella, we have the right to unite as one and live freely underneath it's cloak. This goes for EVERY state in the Union. The government would like you to think that moving to another state restarting your life with like minded citizens is far fetched, but it is not it is your divine right as an American citizen; this limits their over-all control which pisses them off.
Lobbyists from the ACLU all the way down to the Mold Growers of America should be told to go pound sand. The representatives need to listen to the folks that put them into office and if they can not than we need to go dig up the ear horns of centuries past and speak very loudly into them in order to be heard. Representatives to Presidents should not take salary most of these guys are well paid to begin with and it should be an honour this also diminishes the ranks of the career plague known as fiscal raping, term after term.
I do not believe in two party politics as it is nothing more than the light and the dark of the same corrupt system of Depends requiem. Intelligent voters make choices based on merit, experience and promise. If representatives from the Dog Catcher to the President do not fulfill promises than they are out. That is a slippery slope but if it is applied across the board than it is successful as a universal tool of checks and balances beyond the three tier system we work with today. Now, the presidency is nothing more than a vote in order to control the Supreme Court and in it's pathetic state means nothing more than sanctified apathy on a National level.
The death penalty should be ramped up. We need to clean up our justice system and it's corrupt wings that have spread above us as it flies it's dreary flag of doom and ultimate control. If you ass fuck children or kill another man or terrorize in any form you my friends will die. It should be gruesome, it should be televised on all four major networks plus the 24 hour douche squirts known as 'news networks' and it should be on prime time. Public execution of rapid nature is a huge deterrent to real crime. Do you think, beyond the mentally insane, that the average citizen is going to keep committing crimes if his buddy has his head chopped off with an ax on public television NO! What a great deterrent! The problem is that most criminals facing the death penalty know that they will not be executed for at least 30 years and that is only if lawyer tricks do not work. We are STILL holding Richard Ramirez in custody in California! Do I even need to elaborate on that?
Unions should be abolished. Federal and State labour law is more than adequate in fulfilling the need of the working class citizen. We no longer have nine year old boys climbing through bobbins in textile mills or fourteen year old boys crawling around in coal mines. Unions do one thing and one thing only beyond lining their pockets they mandate award based on time and suppress merit based advancement. They kill every aspect of the labour movement that they once wanted to advance and support. They are a medalsome marionette of distraction and annoyance at best in this day and age.
CLOSE THE GOD DAMNED BORDERS! You all think this is some great aspect of unity razing the fields against the racist xenophobes and you are so sadly mistaken as you have eaten the 'special' brownies or drank the kool-aide of resolve. We are going to loose this country into the unity of the Western Hemisphere Union that begins with the joining of Canada, America, and Mexico and the devaluation of the Americana Dollar is key to this Union forming have you been watching the news lately I have been talking about this for two years! Look at the TTC; Trans Texas Corridor where homesteader land from two hundred years ago is being taken via eminent domain in order to pave the way for the NAFTA Superhighway. The European Union was set up as the test. Look at the Euro, look at the homogenizing of it all. Next thing you know it will all be mandated papers and scariness. Close the damned borders!
Pay off all the debts, Collect all of the debts owed to us. Shut us down and back into a state of isolationism via George Washington. We can build our own cars, our own televisions, our own homes. I know plenty of people willing to collect debt, do customer service, and supply tech support. Stop outsourcing and importing! WE DO NOT NEED IT!
Does that sum it up for you all?
I suppose I left a bunch of it out.
I always do.
But, I know that three pages like this is no pages read by anyone so my rant grows old because I know it!
HELLO!?!?!?
WAKE UP!
TRUTH!
Take back control!
Make a difference!
Godspeed ...
I am glad that you enjoyed this one. It was mostly a recap of my first political blog on BS from back in early 2006. I just thought that explaining a bit about the blog and my views might grab the attention of some readers that would shun the experience due to the title of the blog.
I hope you are well my friend.
Godspeed.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read and to comment as it is greatly appreciated.
I long for a system where both parties do not dominate. I too am tired of the lesser of two evils vote or the vote for President dependant on the Supreme Court Justice nominations.
Anyhow, I hope that you continue to read and I look forward to your comments in the future.
Be good and smile.
Godspeed.

I will admit - I don't like to read long blogs - don't have the time or the desire - simple as that - I try to avoid most agrugments but seem to get into more than I like - lol
I did just want to say I stopped by to send some love and say Hello - even though I admit I didn't take the time to read - but I did take the time to say that YOU are important to me - even without your words for the day. simple as that - I like you without reading -
Regardless of whether or not you read, it is still good to see you checking up on me.
I hope that you have been doing well and that your life is filled with love and joy - as I know it must be!
Be good and smile.
Godspeed.
