Bonus: Zappa, Zappa, Zappa; That Damn Zappa

Oh, how silly the world may be, until the placing of Frank's note upon our tongue. Like a drop of scocietal changing acid the feeling of Zappa can only be known once applied through ingestion and via that ingestion do we come to the conclusion of change as a must.

Change has been the topic of everyone I know lately. Whether it is the candy flipping (Ecstacy and Acid eating) bretheren of my reality or the CWP convict brothers that share much different tempos as they walk to the beat. Everyone wants their share of the pie, the hair pie, of reality.

Zappa did one thing for us better than any other. He subscribed to thought via creativity without the demise of politics through weekness. Don't ever let that go. Don't ever be Frank-less. Don't let Zappa be a part of something that you are not.

Honey, honey, hey, Baby don't you want a man like me ...

Bonus: Can't We All Just Eat Sausage

With a little help from my friends, I was able to offer this up to you all ...

Doesn't the man with the plaid suit that looks up at the woman about 2/3rd of the way through remind you of Mokie Joe?

It does me.

Amendment To Friday: I Keep Rolling, Wheels On Fire

I had so much to lay down into word last night that I could not make sense of it all even though I had it all outlined and had all of the research links that I could find minimized at the bottom of my browser like little Tetris blocks awaiting a five row line up and disappear shift. Who said Russians weren’t fun when they were creative?

I had to edit in some forgotten information into yesterday’s essay as well as make a few of the latter paragraphs a bit more clear and succinct. I was glazed over red eyed with fury and disgust. 'Disgust' has become one of my favorite words when regarding the political process. I also know that secretly the Government and most of it’s denizens and minions secretly hope for that so they can go about their daily business of bullshit and frivolously spent funds with no accountability. Some of you will belly chuckle and say, “Yeah! You mean those fat big greedy gluttons that you affiliate yourself with? Those bastard overbearing white men with money and hatred known as Republicans? Yeah! You!” My response is, “No.” I mean all of them, across all party lines, from all backgrounds, of all colours, with numerous different avenues of sexuality and fetish liking; ALL OF THEM. Some are better than others. Some are legit. None are too legit to quit.

I posted a ‘Hey Re-read’ directive to anyone who had read the piece over night. I had just enough time to read it through and make the necessary changes before I went to work this morning. Right when I was pulling out of the driveway, I realized the other two instances of stupidity and flagrant hoopla politico that I had forgotten to scribe.

Don’t worry, I’ll write a real nice creative non-poly-sci pot of prose out ‘bonus’ after this and we can rest the hard rest of politics. As Hunter Thompson said, politics is ‘better than sex’.

We will start in the proper order of chronology and then work up to the present day.

First we have the FCC (http://www.fcc.gov/) coming to L.A. for a conference last week. They came to discuss rules, rants, and fines and I think something having to do with societal interaction on their behalf. Really fleshing out the FCC like Girl Scouts do when they fund raise those delicious little delicacies around from door to door (God, I love, LOVE, Samoas!). I have written about the FCC before and have given a brief history lesson about the FCC. The FCC is one of the most flagrantly abused power focuses in modern American government. The FCC was never, ever, ever, intended to be what it is today, but this is less about the FCC as it is about Gil Cedillo and groups like La Raza (http://www.nclr.org/section/california_la/), Aztlan (http://www.Aztlan.com), and MEcHA (http://www.azteca.net/aztec/mecha/) trying to use the FCC to break the first amendment over it’s knee and help perpetuate a false agenda on slander.

They gathered out side the FCC speaking engagement and demanded some time to talk. The are infuriated over the FCC not cracking down on media outlets such as the mogul Clear Channel (http://www.clearchannel.com/),which owns the local KFI 640 a.m. (http://kfiam640.com/main.html), as well as many other stations across the nation. Gil Cedillo, with his band of wack-job crazies of revolution and American destruction behind him, claims that radio personalities are trying to plasticize policy with their bending and postulating prowess by propagating hatred and bigotry to their listeners.

‘One Bill’ Gil Cedillo (http://democrats.sen.ca.gov/templates/SDCTemplate.asp?cp=MemberPage&pg=senhome&sln=Cedillo&sdn=22&zrn=Zone/) is just pissed because his HB 160 (Driver’s License for ILLEGALS) was vetoed and shot down once again. That, combined with the citizens of the State of California making a difference, making their voices heard, and participating in the political process (something ILLEGAL immigrants can’t do, even if they wanted to,which they don't) has driven Gil to rally with the cult like revolution groups of bigotry that I listed above. These groups all want California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado to be back in the rightful hands of the Mexican people. They believe that their Aztec and Mayan ancestors rightfully inhabited those states many moons ago and by that fermented pile of baloney bedtime story of fabled fiction they believe that it should now be theirs. I could go on and on about how we are all, ALL, from the same damn tribe in Africa, how the Aztecs and Mayans never made it that far North, how diluted the current ‘Indian’ blood line is in South America, and especially in Mexico, due to the Spanish and the French, and how we paid for all the fucking land AFTER we fought wars that ceded the land to us without need to pay for it; I will not elaborate beyond that.

No one is trying to incite violence against anyone. No one wants to shut down immigration completely. The ones who do are nuts. Most of us just want things to be gone about legally and done with a little respect and assimilation. This brings me to the other thing that was omitted, due to my forgetfulness, from last night’s essay.

My Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger (http://gov.ca.gov/), spoke at the Moon Festival in L.A.’s Chinatown this past week and addressed assimilation (http://www.sacbee.com/111/story/34783.html). He is quoted as saying, “And that is very difficult for some people to do, especially, I think, for Mexicans, because they are so close to their country here, so they try to stay Mexican but try to be in America, so there is this kind of back and forth, and what I am saying to the Mexicans is, you've got to go and immerse yourself, and assimilate into the American culture, and become part of the American fabric. That is how Americans will embrace you." Keep in mind that he was speaking to Asian Americans in China Town. Needless to say, everyone began to scream racism, hatred, bigotry, and divisive words to cause segregation and violence all while discouraging the hard working Mexicans that want to make it here. All of that is nothing more than politico gobbledygook and fear point emotion word grabbing to discredit the Governor’s true intentions.

It is obvious to see where Arnold (an immigrant himself who learned the language and worked hard through fitness, real estate investment, and numerous discouraging encounters with Hollywood before he finally became an actor) is coming from. He wants the immigration process to be one of legal means and routes and roads all while promoting that you need to embrace your new land and call it home. Most South Americans, and specifically Mexicans in the South West, do not. They view 'home' as somewhere South of the border; and I do not mean the truck stop in South Carolina that sells fireworks.

If you hold onto your country of origin and toil away to send money there and work towards constant vacations there in order to work and visit with your Amigos, then you are never accepting of the way of life in your new homeland. This leads to disrespect on so many levels it isn’t even remotely funny. It leads to not speaking of the language, lack of respect for laws and the men and women who enforce them, as well as an over all disregard to how society works in your adopted country of bed rest and financial gain.

Arnold is telling this all to a group of Asian Americans who normally do assimilate as a generalization. They tend to because their homes are so far away. Noc Ngyeun is not going to jump aboard the belly of some salt water skiff in order to go back to Vietnam to visit his family in the rice paddy ridden land of Ho Chi Minh. He is going to get by, get along, and be thankful that he can drive a car, not an ox cart. This is NOT true when it comes to Mexicans in America. This is what makes it far more difficult than any other group.

Arnold made a pretty lame attempt at ‘excusing’ his comments as legitimate by citing his immigration story as well as mentioning that he still sings Austrian songs in order to remind him of his birthplace and his heritage. He tried to convey that this does not distract him as an American, something of which he is very proud of. His wife distracts me and I am very proud of that.

I guess those are the other couple of things to mention.

One little side note of interest is my link to Aztlan. I tried to begin to insert my links and I found that all of them came up as Aztlan.com. All of them. The whole time my cursor kept flashing in and out of hourglass and into the arrow that we all enjoy as security. This only ended when I x'd out of the page. I had to eliminate the Aztlan presence in order to rectify the problem. Ironic, isn't it?

Add up yesterday and today and you get one hell of a nightmare.

No more bible quotes.

No more punditry or pontification.

It is Saturday, I have fun things to write and think about.

I have food to eat, stars to gaze at, my Lady to get funky with.

I am not as upset as I was last night about all of the hub-bub. I will never be at ease regarding politics.

This is what makes me active. This and the fact that I vote, and do so from an informed standpoint.

Do you?

Get out and vote, damn it.

Know what you are voting for …

 Friday Fluctuates Fragrant Folley

ATTN: If you read this prior to 9:30 a.m. PST on Saturday Ocotber 7, 2006 then you missed the revision and editing. More info was added and some mistakes were taken out. Please re-read for your benefit, my benefit, and the future of our Nation!

I need to preface this little beauty of deflated elation and then researched rejoice.

This essay will have a lot, A LOT, of links. If you are not of the hyperlink variety of concerned and dedicated reader, then it is probably in your best interest to avoid this post. I have at least 18 links set up that will round out and flush the face of the story like no rouge or blush could ever wish to. This is a publication lynching and an essay on ILLEGAL immigration all wrapped up as the bacon around my hotdog. Smear on the mustard and spoon on the relish (please don’t forget some cheese for my buns) and get ready for what could be the most manic and frantic post I have written in a long time.

I am truly, truly, upset!

Let’s start from the ivy ribboned beginning of the morning breakfast nook of my wrought iron rejoice of the ‘Fence Bill’ being signed a mere two days ago. I was truly in a state of euphoric glee, one of anesthetized endorphin release. I was in the same joy that a morphine drip dope head would be in after a mere hour or two of utopia being pumped into the old blue/purple canals of blood commute. I knew that more was needed. I knew that it was just the beginning, but I danced naked like a pan in the woods of virginal white gown spiral dancing as my wooden flute sprung and sprigged with my effortless breath heaving through it’s hole.

Today the Washington Post interrupted my dance, my mental relax of exhale pleasure. I stopped cumming.

The Washington Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/10/05/AR2006100501935_pf.html) published a story today that is becoming more and more infamous and colluded as the day has progressed. It was written by Stephen S. Hsu a staff writer for the post. My take on good ol’ Steve is that he would like to felch Woodward and Bernstein at the same damn time, not even taking tame to graciously swallow but rather to gulp down all their cum shit and choke in a magnificent firework glory gala of recognition that would forever grace him in his deluded and megalomaniac dreams where he plays the role of Gary Webb.

The Post story exclaims so much that it is in your best interest to read the whole thing as I have many a cobblestone to overturn down this bricked road of anger that seemingly and salaciously does not surprise me. The article cries, like a small boy with hay colored hair yelling to the village for the first time about the wolf, that the ‘Border Fence’ Bill and the associated bill governing it’s funding, will be nothing more than a political ploy, a farce for beltway chucklers as they snort down another glass of Chivas and decide what suit to wear on the following day in order to please the talking heads and 35mm snap-shooters. It also proclaims that the talking skull, Chertoff, has the ultimate say in funding; second only to the big cheese named Bush. To most honest readers and logical interpreters, this would mean amnesty. There was a letter submitted late on Friday evening along with the legislation which is what this little reporter boy with his ‘ACME New Reporter Kit for the New Millennium’, unfortunately, for anyone with a crumb of sense, most voters (in their ignorant psychosis and their vile apathy) took this to be more true than the King James Bible; even California Congressman, from the 46th Congressional District, Dana Rohrabacher (http://rohrabacher.house.gov/) seemed to believe the article during a John and Ken Show(http://www.johnandkenshow.com/)  interview today during the 4 o’clock hour which is disturbing since this man laid ink, he signed in theory, his name to this legislation, that he could only describe as a small step forward and a good effort {The whole time, not taking responsibility or a steadfast stand against any of the rally found in the paper’s article. (He could only say, to paraphrase, that it is was ‘politics’)} Later in the AM radio discussion, of fall breathing cool winds of a Southern California October, did other representatives poke their heads up from under the beltway, wipe their mouths, and pipe in, making some sort of sense. Ed Royce ( http://www.royce.house.gov/) and Gary Miller ( http://www.house.gov/garymiller/) came to the rescue of non-reading signature ignorance and truly represented the people with their knowledge of what is going down and how this article can and could effect us all; from vote time to legislation passed.

The article had a few great quotes which I would like to highlight before I bite into the meat of it all:

In this case, it also reflects political calculations by GOP strategists that voters do not mind the details, and that key players -- including the administration, local leaders and the Mexican government -- oppose a fence-only approach, analysts said.”

"'That's what the people of this country want,' the President said. 'They want to know that we're modernizing the border so we can better secure the border.'"

“Asked whether Homeland Security would build 700 miles of fence, department spokesman Russ Knocke would not say. Instead, he noted that department leaders announced last month that they will spend $67 million to test a remote-sensing "virtual fence" concept on a 28-mile, high-traffic stretch of border south of Tucson over eight months, and then adjust their plans."We plan to build a little and test a little. . . . Stay tuned," Knocke said. "We're optimistic that Congress is going to provide the department with flexibility."The letter was inserted in the Congressional Record on Friday night because Congress ran out of time to reach a final deal, aides said.”

Ok. Let’s look at all three statements made in the article.

First off, Republican voters don’t mind the details. FUCK SPENCER HSU! This is a mythical representation and malleability of press pass and media frenzy. Anyone at a paper, or on the news, can cite ‘analysts’ as a source (much like citing polls) and get away with most things that they say which are merely mirror reflections of absurdity found in a Carroll wet dream circle jerk session. This is not substantiated source reference, it is political crank spinning. Jerk it, Spencer, it just might cum.

Then we get the President’s statement, which in this case is meant to be a sympathy tugger on the ol’ double wound heart strings sent straight from Mapes, regarding the ‘modernization’ of border fencing. This means that ‘most’ Americans want a ‘virtual’ fence which is not true, ineffective, and a waste of funds all the way across the board. These ‘virtual’ fences use sensors (from seismology and temperature changing devices that are so inadequate and inaccurate that no one responds to them - completely archaic with the twist of a chip thus making them ‘high tech’) that break down and are not effective as well as cameras that fog up and are useless in the rain. The military technology that you will all use as an argument against this are not in the plan. Ask a border patrol agent. They will tell you that it is not a worthwhile cause. Digging up Christ and re-nailing him to the cross to pay for your personal sins would be more effective.

The final statement is that of ‘flexibility’ regarding the funding. This is NOT a truth. It is a blatant example of wishful thinking and hopeful synapse. It will not ever be an issue unless, unless …

This is the only fact and most important, and misguided, fact to be found within the lines of the article. You must seek out this fact as if you were a tweeker whore looking for lines under the bed sheets upon a dawn of sobriety and panic. The fact to be recognized here is that if the Congress is Democratically (the party not the process) taken over this fall, then in January legislation may be passed in order to recall the laws now set in place that make the fence and it’s location very black and white; it may even revoke the funding of any projects set into place now. Keep in mind Nancy Pelosi’s stated agenda if she is in charge as of the New Year. The revocations that are secretly implied in the article are very true. We can not lose this, even though there is a media intention, on behalf of unscrupulous journalists like Spencer Hsu, to de-robe any Republican, anywhere.

I would like to bring it to everyone’s attention that there are two ‘Spencer Hsu’ named writers that have submitted to the Washington Post. One is Spencer H. Hsu (http://www.fas.org/sgp/news/2004/11/index.html as well as, http://seclists.org/isn/2006/Sep/0092.html) and one is Spencer S. Hsu (http://www.fairness.com/resources/relation?relation_id=8467 as well as http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/06/18/AR2006061800613.html)  They are the same damn person. They are one. There is one Hsu. Don't 'Hsu' me, I am telling the truth! Reason would lead one to believe that soon enough there will be a Spencer U. Hsu as well.

All of the Hsu Spencers have devious records of anti Republican, anti Bush, anti Government unless it slaves itself to their selfish salacious ways, mentalities. If you clicked on the links above you would see some of the great websites that both nome de plumes contribute to. Who is the 'real' Spencer Hsu? The World may never know.

Now we shall pass onto the media nibbles and table scraps that have dotted the outline of the ILLEGAL immigration issue as well as the Wall that is in the middle of the current debate:

(http://www.ocregister.com/ocregister/homepage/abox/article_1299610.php) Orange County Sheriff Mike Corona (whom I despise, but not as much as the O.C. Weekly hates him) has tried to crack down on the ILLEGAL immigrant issue but has met opposition due to conflicting jurisdiction. This whole Federal/State/Local conflict of jurisdiction is retarded, and I mean retarded in EVERY way it coul;d be used or applied. It is ILLEGAL and it is time it is stopped. Frankly, I don't care if Mighty Mouse does the enforcement but like the sign on Truman's desk said, the buck needs to stop somewhere, stop passing the friggin' buck and shell out the dough. How clever!

The City of Escondido (http://www.signonsandiego.com/uniontrib/20061006/news_7m6folo.html) has passed laws regarding housing for ILLEGALS muchlike the town of Hazleton, PA. The protests ensue and take the street lights down. It gets hotter in Hell everyday.

NPR (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=6111974)  presents the issue as a political ploy and not an issue that effects us all. It does, IT DOES, effect us all. It seems as though it effects me more so than some in Fargo, but it effects my neighbors (and there are a lot of them) more so then what would be implied. NPR is quoted as saying, “Congress turns its attention to immigration, but not to the larger national policy bills that are stuck between the House and Senate. Instead, with midterm elections looming, Republican leaders in both chambers are focusing strictly on enforcement measures.” But this is from the NPR website that views the four major categories of ’Politics’ as Politics, Legal Affairs, Education, and Religion. Can any of you tell me what is wrong with that?

CNN has two great stories when you search the fence story. Both show the same pathetic sad and greedy gringo/gabaucho ass raping gold glimmer grin that most fence/wall waiters in San Ysidro have on their puss while hoping to come over and make our Country a better place. One of them is entitled “Mexico: Plan For Border Fence ’Deplorable’” (http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/americas/10/06/border.fence.ap/index.html) and the second is “Mexico Doubts Border Fence Will Happen” (http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/americas/10/04/fox.fence.ap/index.html). Both articles suggest and imply the same: the U.S. is evil for wanting a fence and we should all welcome the destruction of our country with open friggin’ arms. Wait … Hey!, Mexicans … Come jump into my friggin’ underpaid labor soaking arms and get into the twenty to a room sack that I want to share so I can become bilingual but only speak one language for my own personal gain and defendable denial. Yep! That’s the ticket! Yep, uh huh. Ok.

There have been reports of the Canadians arming there border guards for the first time in order to protect themselves as of September of this year (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,211577,00.html?sPage=fnc.specialsections/homelandsecurity). We have been armed for years, decades. If they can ramp up then so should we. I mean don’t we all want to be like Canada ala Michael Moore? Don’t we? Aren’t they better? Aren’t they more civilized? Not if they arm up, right? Right?

Back in May the New York Times (http://www.nytimes.com/2006/05/25/world/americas/25mexico.html?pagewanted=2&ei=5088&en=fbf96bb3271ab82b&ex=1306209600&partner=rssnyt&emc=rss)  printed an article that talked about the newly returned Presidency and the ‘wall’ issue. They seemed to back it. In the article Vicente Fox says, In his public remarks in Utah, he recognized that Mexico must do more to create jobs "so migration becomes a decision and not a necessity," and he conceded that it was the "right of the United States to take steps to fortify its borders.” Where is that Mexican sentiment now? Have things changed that much? Oh, yeah. We don’t want to keep all of them here, but what does that have to do with the rather meek and mild fence propositions that have been ratified and now disgusted by Mexican officials and presidents? Hypocrisy is the answer. In one breath they all say the fence won't work and in the next breath denounce the fence with fire spittled hatred. Now I understand why Mexicans want to leave Mexico; it isn't the poverty, it's the fact that their politicians have more double speak than even ours do!

The BBC (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/4407558.stm) in November of 2005 denounced our stance in regards to the border and they seem to cite cost as the biggest reason. We have the moohlah, we need to make it the reality. Screw the BBC, NPR, CNN, MSNBC and any of the others. Even if Fox stood up against it then I would say to ‘fuck them’. We need resolve. I am in the bag beneath the nozzle. Insert and inject the vinegar. I’ll pass. This sucks, not sprays.

One last little sign of how the times are a changin', is what happened to Jim Gilchrist, founder of the minute men (http://www.minutemanproject.com/), at Columbia University during a speaking engagement. Before he could take a breath and say thank you, they stormed the stage. You can view it if you scroll about 3/4 of the way down the page at this link and look to the right hand side of the page (http://www.kfi640.com/pages/clayroe.html). The kids running up were long haired white kids looking for a cause and an excuse to justify their marijuana use, or so I suppose. Their Spanish was so bad that instead of saying the intended 'yes we can' their tense was wrong and they wound up screaming 'yes we could'. Seems to me that they ought to get back to class and study a bit harder. They also hoisted up a banner as they over ran the stage. The banner was in English and Arabic and said 'We are Human Beings'. What the hell does the Arabic language have to do with ILLEGAL immigration and the Mexico/U.S. wall/fence? Oh yeah, the terrorists posing as Mexicans. The whole thing is coluded and deluded.

I have now written way too much and at the same time have realized that I have written far too much.

I am just trying to make a point, a pint of knowledge, a pint/point.

I need to say that all is sketchy at best, all is deluded, all is secluded , all is never what one sees it as it would seem to be.

I hope the links are seen. They need to be read along with this to get it. If you don’t and the patience is not at your ADD fingertips then I am sorry.

Sorry for you.

Don't worry, if you are not diggin' it but you have arrived this far and have smiled, but you were wondering where youy could play some simple volleyball? You can play some over the border wall, according to the L.A. Weekly (http://www.laweekly.com/general/a-considerable-town/viva-border-volleyball/14095/). Just volley the right way and make sure you call game point.

Don't step in the metal and fecal poisenings of the Tijuana River bed while vollying.

Be good.

Know that I am pissed and trying to end upon a good note.

Nothing diminished or sharp.

Something gleefully natural.

And then comes Saturday.

Mornoni 10:3; "Behold, I would exhort you that when ye shall read these things, if it be wisdom in God that ye should read them, that ye would remembewr how merciuful the Lord hath been unto the children of men, from the creation of Adam even down until the time that ye shall receive these things, and ponder it in your hearts"

Hopefully I write upon Monday’s drag.

Keel haul me into the week.

The week will respond to me

Vote with logic in mind, not emotion or party lines.

Vote against all who make this border issue muddier than it is.

Mud is good as coffee and ice cream.

It is better as ice cream …
